Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with company

objectives, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to optimize performance.

Create compelling and targeted email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns, to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of email marketing efforts, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to implement innovative strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar), HTML, and marketing automation tools.
Proven 1 year experience in email marketing, with a strong understanding of email best practices, segmentation, and deliverability.
